Event Details

After successfully completing this training course and examination, delegates will become qualified BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP). As a BREEAM AP delegates will be able to support project teams to deliver their sustainability goals and influence how a development will meet BREEAM targets.


Once qualified, a BREEAM AP can help developments achieve up to 3 BREEAM credits dependent on the schemes that they are working on. They are recognised throughout the industry as a sustainability champion.

    After returning to China, I mainly responsible for the green building project consulting and evaluation (gb, BREEAM, DGNB, LEED), building materials LCA assessment and building carbon emission auditing, etc. At the same time, participated in a number of auditing, research and standard development work for government. Currently, I am working in BRE China as technical advisor.

1. Training, Exam and Registration:

  • 4.5 hours BREEAM AP online training


  • Please schedule an Online exam, contact the training organizer for an online exam after completing the training in one week. The closed-book exam is 60 minutes.


  • We will notify you the score in 15 working days. After successful completion of the exam and paying the annual fee ￥680. The details of every AP's will be listed on Green Book Live, access to the BREEAM Extranet and maintenance of CPD – this is a requirement of maintaining your AP status.
