This training course enables you to understand BREEAM International New Construction scheme in terms of technical content and application, equipping you with the skills and confidence to carry out BREEAM assessments on international new builds.

Successfully passing this course and examination enables you to apply for your assessor's license under the BREEAM International New Construction scheme.

课程须知

1. Training and Examinations:


BREEAM INC Assessor Online Training Duration: 8 hours;


Please book your online exams with training facilitator within one week of the completion of this training course. The examination consists of two open book examinations, one of 120 minutes and one of 90 minutes. You should receive your results within 15 working days. 


2. Registration instructions:


TSuccessfully passing this course and examination enables you to apply for your assessor's license from BRE. You're required to renew your license by paying an annual fee (￥3,100 for BREEAM INC Assessors). Qualified assessors can check out GRREENBOOK LIVE website for more information. To register for a project, the assessor's company must take out Professional Indemnity Insurance and provide BRE with an insurance number in order to successfully register for the project.

1. 培训与考试：

BREEAM INC Assessor线上培训为8小时；

在线培训结束后一周内向培训负责人员预约线上考试，两场开卷考试，一场时长为120分钟，一场时长为90分钟。15个工作日内通知成绩。


2. 注册说明：

通过考试的学员可向BRE申请证书，证书每年需要需要维护更新，需缴纳相关年费，BREEAM新建筑评估师年费为3100元。获得资格的学员可在GRREENBOOK LIVE网站上查询相关资质信息。评估师在注册项目时，其所在公司需购买职业责任保险（Professional Indemnity Insurance)，向BRE提供保险号，方可成功注册项目。
